WWE NXT Homecoming Results: Charlotte & Bliss retain Tag Titles – September 16, 2025
Full Sail University, Winter Park, FL – WWE NXT Homecoming kicked off with a video package celebrating the developmental brand’s history and its alumni now on the main roster.
Triple H opened the show,expressing his gratitude for the NXT fanbase and talent. He was joined by Shawn Michaels, who stated the current NXT roster is prepared to lead WWE into the future. A playful exchange between the two legends saw Triple H inquire about Michaels’ potential return, to which Michaels responded, “We would have a big problem.”
Following the segment, Steve Regal announced a WarGames match. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss then appeared, with Flair emphasizing the pivotal role NXT played in the women’s revolution.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss (Champions) defeated The Culling (Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley) (with Shawn Spears & Niko Vance). The match concluded when Bliss hit the Sister Abigail on Paxley for the pinfall victory.
