Twitter Leads Monthly Gains Among Social Media Stocks

Over a monthly timeframe, Twitter claimed the top position with a 29.34% gain, according to the boerse-social.com figures. Meta followed with a 16.88% monthly increase, Snapchat rose 14.73%, and LinkedIn gained 7.86%. Wirecard’s monthly figure stood at a 7.14% advance, Pinterest added 6.26%, SAP rose 5.37%, Microsoft gained 4.58%, Fabasoft increased 3.85%, Zalando ticked up 1.84%, and Nvidia edged up 0.05%.

GoPro dropped 13.24% over three negative days from 1.36 to 1.18, and United Internet declined 4.54% over three sessions from 24.24 to 23.14.

Year-to-Date Standings and Sector Rankings

Year-to-date figures showed Wirecard ahead by 150% compared to a 66.67% loss in the previous year. Dropbox followed with a 23.43% year-to-date gain against a prior-year decline of 7.46%, and Nvidia stood 22.9% higher compared to a previous year gain of 38.88%. On the negative side of the year-to-date ledger, Alibaba Group Holding registered a 24.42% loss, Snapchat fell 22.8%, and GoPro dropped 19.73%.

Regarding positioning relative to the 200-day moving average (MA200), Dropbox traded 21.5% above the threshold, Fabasoft sat 17.94% higher, and Microsoft was 17.88% above it. Conversely, Twitter, Xing, and LinkedIn were recorded at 100% below the MA200.

Within broader industry classifications, the BSN-Group Computer, Software & Internet sector achieved an average year-to-date performance of 4.72%, securing the 14th rank among tracked categories. The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) producer group led all categories with a 108.21% performance figure, followed by IT, Electronics, and 3D at 54.72%, and Steel at 22.51%.
