Chinese EV Maker XPeng Achieves Highest Scores in 2025 Uscale Consumer Survey
Berlin, Germany – July 26, 2025 – XPeng, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has achieved the highest overall satisfaction rating among EV owners in germany, Austria, and Switzerland, according to the annual “EV SATISFACTION STUDY” released today by Uscale, a European automotive market analysis firm based in Munich, Germany. The study, which surveyed 5,004 electric vehicle drivers, assessed key aspects of EV ownership including driving dynamics, range, charging infrastructure, battery reliability, navigation systems, in-car applications, and climate control.
The Uscale study, now in its fifth year, provides a comprehensive benchmark of EV owner sentiment across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This year’s survey included a detailed analysis of 52 distinct EV models currently available in the market. the methodology involved a weighted scoring system based on owner responses to a 100-question survey distributed online between April 15th and June 30th, 2025.
While XPeng excelled the report noted areas for betterment, specifically regarding the functionality of its navigation and in-car app ecosystem. Despite these shortcomings, XPeng secured the highest percentage of owners willing to recommend their vehicle to others – a key metric highlighted by Uscale as a strong indicator of overall brand loyalty.
