Köln, Germany – Season ticket holders for the Haie ice hockey team are invited to an exclusive Fan Day following Sunday’s home game, offering a group photo on the ice, an autograph session with the team, and special discounts.
On-Ice Photo & Safety Guidelines: Fans participating in the group photo on the ice are asked to report to the north info counter after the game. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the Haie institution assumes no liability for falls or injuries. Attendees must bring all personal belongings onto the ice,as access to seats will be restricted after the photo. Both physical and digital season tickets should be readily available for inspection upon entering the ice.Glass items are prohibited, and fans are asked to prevent anything from falling onto the ice surface. Assistance should be offered to those with mobility issues. the photo will be taken from level five, with multiple shots captured and distributed after the event. Exit will be directed thru the ice machine entrance.
Autograph Session: Following the on-ice photo, fans can meet the team in the northern area of the arena for an autograph session including personal conversations and photo opportunities. the GAMEDAYstore North, concession stand, and smoking area will remain open during the session.
Exclusive Benefits: Season ticket holders will receive a €2.20 price for 0.2l Kölsch beers in the Season Ticket Club (accessible via the staircase between blocks 215 & 216) on Sundays, and during half-time breaks. A 50% discount on all available caps is available at the GAMEDAYstore Nord after the game and during the autograph session, while supplies last and cannot be combined with other offers. Additionally, season ticket holders can claim two free tickets to the “elfter im Eleventh” event at the LANXESS arena using a code emailed on Friday.
