Taylor Swift‘s ‘Teh Tortured Poets Department’ Release Party to Screen in new Zealand Cinemas
Taylor Swift fans in New Zealand will soon have the chance to experience the release of her latest project together on the big screen. Cinemas across the country will host screenings of a release party for The Tortured Poets Department, following initial sales for US theatres. Tickets go on sale in New Zealand on Tuesday, according to AMC Theatres.
the event offers fans a communal viewing experience as Swift continues a period of prolific output, having released The Tortured Poets Department in April 2023 and completed her record-breaking Eras Tour, which played 149 shows to over 10 million people globally. The release party announcement came alongside a social media post from the 35-year-old pop icon: “outfit or orange cardigan?” with the addendum, “Tickets are on sale … [and] dancing is optional but very much encouraged.”
Tickets are available at releasepartyofashowgirl.com. Swift recently announced her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce last month, prompting an invitation from New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon for the couple to celebrate their wedding or honeymoon in New Zealand.
