NEW YORK — A suspect attacked two people with scissors in the middle of Thursday morning near one of New York City’s best-known pastry shops, police said.
According to police sources, the incident occurred at around 9:34 am in the area of Hudson Street y Jane Street in the West Village, a few blocks from Magnolia Bakery famous for her episodes Sex and the City. A total of 2 people were injured, police said.
A 24-year-old man was injured in the arm, which was treated by paramedics at the scene, and a second man was injured in the neck. No details were given if both were attacked in the same place.
The suspect is in custody, added the uniformed.
