Actress rossana Nájera Prioritizes Self-Care for Professional and Personal Fulfillment
Mexican actress Rossana Nájera, 45, is finding renewed focus and well-being through a commitment to practices like meditation and psychological therapies, allowing her to navigate both professional commitments and personal life with greater balance.
Nájera emphasizes the importance of self-love and connection, crediting therapies with helping her prioritize her own needs alongside her relationships with family and friends. This dedication to emotional and physical health has become a cornerstone of her life, fostering a supportive network and a continuous journey of self-revelation.
“Without sounding cliché, I find self-love with therapies, trying to connect with me, with what I like, family and friends,” Nájera said, recalling a time she walked with Cuauhtémoc Blanco. “That always helps a lot because they love us and that is where we can find the route to start loving ourselves.”
Beyond recording sets, Nájera cultivates close friendships with colleagues, forming a “women’s network” that provides a safe space for sharing tools and knowledge related to personal well-being. She views this ongoing work as essential, acknowledging that emotional healing is not a one-time achievement.
“I have my women’s network that makes us all stronger. With them I learned to nail more to work on therapies. we are so connected to that, to work on ourselves, in knowing that this work never ends,” she explained. “Sometimes you work a child’s wound, and in the while you already get some trauma that came to you two years ago and you think you already overcame it, but another thing that you were not clear came. Then I concluded that being well is a job of every day.”
