RED+ and Eisblog Partner too Elevate German Junior and Women’s Hockey
Berlin, Germany – November 18, 2025 - German streaming platform RED+ and leading ice hockey media outlet Eisblog have announced a strategic partnership aimed at increasing visibility for German junior and women’s ice hockey leagues.
As teh 2024/2025 season, RED+ has been the exclusive livestream and re-live broadcaster for all games within the DEB U17 and U20 DNL, as well as the entire DFEL – Germany’s premier women’s league. This has established RED+ as a central hub for fans, families, and scouts following youth and women’s hockey.
The collaboration will center on content cooperation, with Eisblog providing regular coverage of the leagues streamed on RED+. This content will be distributed primarily through the social media channels @redicehockey.de and @eisblog_.
“RED+ brings the sport of ice hockey into German living rooms. The offer is worth its weight in gold, especially for families who want to watch their children’s games. We share the vision with RED+ of giving junior and women’s ice hockey the attention they deserve,” said Simon Rentel, founder of Eisblog. “Together, we can create visibility with our reach and their live broadcasts – for talents that would otherwise remain under the radar.”
Dennis Russ, Head Sports & Media Partnerships Manager Germany/Austria at RED+, added, “With its community, Eisblog reaches the target group that we want to inspire for our leagues. Together, we are driving ice hockey in Germany forward: more reach for the leagues, better content for the community.”
