KUANTAN SINGINGI, RIAU – International performer Melly Mike, alongside Dikha, concluded the 2025 Pathway Festival in Kuansing Regency, Riau Province, on sunday, August 24th, expressing deep thankfulness for Indonesian hospitality.
Melly Mike energized the final night of the festival, a celebration centered around the customary boat race known as Pacu Jalur. Prior to leaving the stage, Mike conveyed her gratitude for the warm reception from the Indonesian people, specifically those in Kuansing.

“To the people of Indonesia adn Kuansing, you have my heart,” Mike stated, as reported by the Kuantan Singingi communications and Informatics Office (Diskominfok) on YouTube.
Mike described feeling welcomed by Indonesians as her arrival in Riau, attributing the warmth and kindness of the local people to a feeling of coming home.
“Ever sence I arrived, you have made me feel I have been accepted.The good, smiles, and generosity of your heart, really feel like making me back to my own house,” she said.
She requested that the Indonesian audience view her not merely as a guest, but as someone genuinely invested in the well-being of Kuantan Singingi.

“I don’t feel anything but love here and I hope you see me not only as a guest, but see me as a person who really cares about this place, because you are all like family,” she added.
Mike expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the Pacu Jalur event, describing it as an honor and voicing her hope for a return visit to Indonesia.
“Being in Riau is part of the runway is something that I will always be grateful for,this is an honor,thank you for accepting me. I really hope to be back again one day,” she said.
Concluding her performance, Melly Mike sent her love to the audience and offered a greeting in the local dialect, shouting “Kayuah!” – a term associated with the traditional racing kayaks.
“I really love you all, greetings Kayuah!” she exclaimed.
