Peruvian Socialite Melissa Klug Claims She Was ”Both Mother and father” to Her Daughters
Lima, Peru – Peruvian businesswoman and television personality Melissa Klug has publicly stated she effectively raised her two daughters, Samahara and melissa Lobatón, as a single parent, implying their father, former footballer Abel Lobatón, was largely absent from their lives.
In a recent interview on the “Tonight” program with “Chola Chabuca,” Klug didn’t hesitate to address the role Lobatón played – or didn’t play – in his daughters’ upbringing. According to Klug, she single-handedly provided for and guided her daughters to become “strong, responsible women.”
“My daughters are big,” Klug stated, “They did not need it, I was always to get them forward, that was what I did. I formed strong, responsible women and I feel that if they needed or not, I was always as a map (mother and father).”
