Rapper J. Cole will conclude “The Fall Off” tour with a performance at Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium on December 12, 2026, marking his first return to South Africa since 2016. The announcement, made on February 17, 2026, follows the debut of his latest album, The Fall Off, at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The extensive tour, Cole’s largest since 2017-2018, begins July 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and includes dates across North America, Europe, Australia, and Modern Zealand before culminating in South Africa. Presale ticket sales for the Johannesburg concert begin Wednesday, February 18, at 9 am, with general sales launching on Friday at 9 am via Ticketmaster, according to Eyewitness News.

The Fall Off is Cole’s seventh consecutive album to reach the top of the Billboard charts. The album follows 2021’s The Off Season, which received four Grammy nominations and featured collaborations with artists including 21 Savage, Lil Baby, Cam’ron, and Lil Jon. Cole’s introspective lyrics and minimal reliance on featured artists have cultivated a loyal global following, as noted by The Citizen.

Cole’s connection to South Africa extends beyond music. His 2018 performance at the Ticketpro Dome as part of the Castle Lite Unlocks series remains a significant event in the country’s hip-hop history, with thousands of fans reciting lyrics from hits like “No Role Modelz” and “Power Trip.” his 2019 decision to join the Rwanda Patriots in the Basketball Africa League demonstrated a commitment to engaging with the African continent beyond the stage, earning him respect from fans, The Citizen reported.

The Johannesburg performance at the 94,000-capacity FNB Stadium represents a significant return after a ten-year absence, according to Mail & Guardian. Ticket prices for the stadium show have not yet been revealed.

The tour schedule includes stops in major cities across the United States, Canada, and Europe before heading to Australia and New Zealand in November. The European leg begins October 7 in Berlin, Germany, and includes multiple dates in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
