paris, France – Isabelle Langlois, a renowned Parisian jewelry brand established in 1992, is currently seeking a highly motivated Communication & marketing Assistant for a 6-month internship beginning July 1, 2025. Teh position, based near Place Vendôme at 29 rue Danielle Casanova, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a prestigious brand steeped in both artisanal tradition and modern design.
Isabelle Langlois jewelry, crafted from 18-carat gold and adorned with colored stones, is distributed through select prestigious retailers both in France and internationally. The brand’s heritage stems from a lineage of Jura lapidaries, blending expert gemstone knowledge with the hallmarks of French jewelry excellence.
The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager within a small,dynamic team,providing support across a range of marketing and communication activities. This role will be integral to maintaining a high standard of service and fostering strong relationships with both B2B partners and individual customers. Responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational flow,as well as potential assistance within the brand’s retail locations - requiring a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Press Relations: Supporting the press secretary with press clipping follow-up, technical description communication, publication tracking, archiving (both print and online), and fulfilling visual requests from partners.
Social Media Management: Creating engaging content, scheduling posts across various brand social media platforms, updating digital tools, maintaining customer databases, archiving press releases digitally, and analyzing press coverage performance.
Marketing Support: Contributing to the advancement and implementation of the CRM strategy, conducting customer and reseller inquiries, managing merchandising shipments, monitoring customer orders, analyzing sales data, overseeing stock organization, updating internal and partner-facing tools, and assisting with event execution.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
A minimum commitment of 6 months.
Excellent command of French, including spelling and grammar.
A strong working knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Demonstrated rigor, investment, versatility, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills,effective communication abilities,and a customer-centric approach.
A genuine interest in jewelry, with prior experience in the sector considered a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Expertise in Facebook Administrator and Canva.
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
