IEEE WIE Podcast Amplifies Voices,Addresses STEM Career Retention for women
San Jose,Calif. – A new podcast from the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is gaining global traction by spotlighting the challenges and triumphs of women in STEM fields,wiht a recent episode featuring Nimisha Morkonda Gnanasekaran,recognized this year as one of the IEEE Computer SocietyS Top 30 Early Career Professionals. Gnanasekaran is the Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at western digital, based in San Jose.
