“The game” is back on TV 2 Play and TV 2 direct Wednesday, October 1, and in the fall there is one big change from the two previous seasons.
This fall, celebrities are no longer fighting for the victory. Now 15 brand new players, who have been selected among thousands of applicants from all over the country, are ready for the psychological and tactically demanding “game”.
– The first two seasons gave viewers fantastic moments with profiles we knew before. This time we meet a whole new composition of strong personalities – and it gives this year’s season a new type of excitement and unpredictability, says program editor Trygve Rønningen in TV 2.
Here are the players of the year:
Simen Bondevik (24)
From: Oslo
Occupation: Political Advisor to the party City City Council Group
Known grandfather: Simen Bondevik is the grandson of former Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– My motivation for working with politics is that I think the world is very unfair and that I want to do something about it. The sense of justice permeates everything I do, and in the “game” I want to prove that even though I am kind and decent and caring and conflict cloud, so can too such Personality traits hold a long way.
Lotte Hoel (38)
From: Trondheim
Occupation: Former Norwegian champion in poker and “Snapfluenses”
Game brain: Lotte Hoel is raw in poker and games. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I think I’m pretty good at reading people and not least reading rooms. I think that will be a big advantage in there. I think that is also part of the reasons why I have been a Norwegian champion in poker. I will use that for all it’s worth in the “game”. I’m going to really raise. I’m going to play as hard as it can be done at all.
Magnus Helle (29)
From: Vinje
Occupation: Journalist in NRK sports
– I doubt I will be among the most brushing in there, but at the same time I am a type who is not afraid to say. As a journalist, I am used to asking the right questions, being curious about people and making people feel seen. I think that are good qualities in the “game”, but to be tactical I should say that I work in kindergarten.
Melody Hamre (29)
From: Bergen
Occupation: Artist
UNORSK: Melody Hamre has lived in the United States and says she is characterized by her time there. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
-I feel that Norway really needs a TV personality that is not so governed by the Janteloven, and there I come in. After all, we are herd animals in Norway, are not so happy to stand out. While I am very fond of standing out. I love being different. It gives me a lot of energy. I am very fond of reactions. Positive and negative. I have a big ego, so reactions “feed” my ego.
Eren «Gekken» Gjægtvik (52)
From: Kristiansund
Occupation: Caring worker and switch coach
Known from TV: Many have seen Ere Gjeggvik in the NRK series “Head in Klem”. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I have experience from both top sports and working with people in child welfare. Now I want to see if I can use those qualities to win a social game. Although I may look like an alpha male physically, I am more of a calm and gentle person. I am provoked if people put me in the same booth as the kind of “tough men”.
Alberina hair (24)
From: Oslo
Occupation: Nurse
– I think people are going to underestimate me, and then they are surprised. Because I can be a little quiet before the storm, and then suddenly I hit. In the beginning I will be a small observer, and then eventually I come out strong. But I am a very caring person, so I do not just want to be hard and cold.
Einar Øgrey Brandsdal (49)
From: Kristiansand
Occupation: Founder and Business Leader
ENTERED: Einar Øgrey Brandsdal has been involved in local politics in Kristiansand. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I have been running my own company since I was 21 years old. So in many ways I have always had control and decided all the directions. But getting into a game where no one knows each other, where we are on the same line, it triggers me. I think I enjoy experiencing that I have no control over everything.
Martine Krafft (37)
From: Oslo
Occupation: Self -employed residential stylist
Travel period: Martine Krafft doesn’t really have time to join the “game”. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
-I feel that I have some kind of 40-year crisis before I’ve come in my 40s. 2025 has been the year when I do things I wouldn’t have done before. A little happy things. I have started a company this year and should not really go and have been gone for two weeks. In the “game” I want to be an extremely sweet manipulator. I’m going to be so damn sweet and charming, and play them all – one by one – on the hat and ass out.
Dan Kolltveit (36)
From: Bergen, living in Oslo
Occupation: Hairdresser
– Now I’m a hairdresser, so I’m a human connoisseur and a bit of the vibb there. I pick up energy pretty easily, so I think I’m going to pick up details about things. I’m going to get a lot with me. I’m probably going to be a bit like “Sneaky”, while I think I’m charming enough for people to like me.
Amalie Elea Olin Lundstad (31)
From: Kristiansund, lives in Oslo
Occupation: Processing technician on oil rig
Tough profession: Amalie Elea Olin Lundestad works usually in the North Sea. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I am an outgoing and hardworking lady who is not afraid of getting dirty under the nails. It can be drawn parallels to stay with a bunch inside the “game” and working offshore, where I live in isolation with a bunch for two weeks. There are different age, gender and types of those I work with, and so it will probably be in the “game”.
Jon Gerald Kristiansen (35)
From: Fredrikstad
Occupation: Environmental worker
TREEBARS FAR: There has been a lot of logistics at home before Jon Gerald Kristiansen enters the “game”. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– The cohabitant and my three children are really vacationing now that I leave them. The cohabitant told me, “You are going on a housewife, and we will relax. It is we who have child -free now. For now I have sent away our biggest child ”. As a player I will probably be very honest. Social I quickly become the fun man who talks a lot. I don’t know what Klein Silence is, like.
Lene Henriksen Larsen (43)
From: Porsgrunn
Occupation: Socionom
– My kids at 11 and 13 think it’s great, and cheer me very much. Now we have “binget” the whole “game”, so that they know a little what my mom is going into. As a social worker I have worked with a lot of different people, so I am used to working together and getting to know different personalities. Also in vulnerable and stressful situations. I hope that is useful experience to take with you into the “game”.
Binyamin Abdulkadir Mahamoud (28)
From: Tønsberg, lives in Oslo
Occupation: Managing Director of Event Agency
Leadership type: Binyamin Abdulkadir Mahamoud is the boss of daily life. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I feel it falls naturally for me to lead people. I hope that trait I can use in the “game”. To get people to go in the same direction and that direction is that I winner. But in the beginning I might want to observe a little more, and get with me who plays together, what’s going on. Because I think the first two to three to move out have some luck to do.
Emma Aldal Setre (30)
From: Bergen, living in Oslo
Occupation: Freelance Journalist and Photographer
EXTENDED: Emma Aldal Sætre is unsure how she will be inside the “Game” house. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– On the one hand has a very large competitive instinct. On the other hand, I feel that I have above average high morals. I am very keen to be a moral and honest human being. I quickly love people and am very curious about people. I think I go into a setting where I put myself in a squeeze between these two. I think it will be very exciting to see which one weighs the most, when I am first in there.
Tove Beate Hasselquist Evensen (54)
From: Sveio, living in Lillehammer
Occupation: Teacher
Will the dream come true: Tove Beate Hasselquist Evensen has long dreamed of joining a reality. Photo: Sara Aarøen Lien / TV 2
– I think maybe I’m going to be a little underestimated. I am a slightly boring lady of 55, and will probably be put in a booth because of it. But I always get a lot with me. I am a person who can always keep four to five calls going. I am a high school teacher and get ten things that happen in a classroom at the same time. I feel like I live in a social game at work every single day. I will be able to bring that experience into the “game”.
The premiere episode of Season 3 of the “Game” will be released on TV 2 Play on Wednesday, October 1st at 03.00 and broadcasting linearly on TV 2 directly at 20:00 on the same day.
