Key qualifications for the role include:
A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in early childhood development.
A minimum of three years of direct experience teaching in a preschool classroom.
Five or more years of proven management and leadership experience.
Extraordinary writen and verbal communication skills. A demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Alignment with the school’s Episcopal values; while affiliation is preferred, it is not mandatory.
