Georgia DA’s Office Disputes Attorney’s Claim on Immunity Offers to Fake Electors

The Fulton County District Attorney’s office has contested claims made by an attorney representing some of the 2020 fake electors in Georgia.The DA’s office alleges that the immunity offers, which were reportedly presented to clients by attorneys including Debrow, were never actually conveyed to the individuals.

According to a court filing, the court had instructed two attorneys, one of whom was Debrow, to inform their clients about potential immunity deals. The attorneys later informed the court that they had spoken with their clients, and none were interested in the offers. However, the DA’s office is now asserting that these offers were not presented to the clients.

The filing further states, “Additionally, in these interviews, some of the electors represented by Ms. Debrow told members of the investigation team that no potential offer of immunity was ever brought to them in 2022.”

Debrow has strongly refuted the DA’s claims, issuing a statement calling the motion “baseless, false, and offensive.” She maintained that her clients have not committed any crimes and have not implicated themselves or each other.

As of the latest reports, no charges have been filed in the Georgia case. Though, several individuals, including the 16 fake electors and former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, had previously been notified that they were potential targets of the investigation led by Fani Willis.
