Willy Delajod will officiate the Ligue 1 match between FC Nantes and Angers SCO on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
Delajod, a 33-year-old Federal 1 referee born on September 25, 1992, will be assisted by Valentin Evrard and Erwan Finjean. Azzedine Souifi has been designated as the fourth official. Video Assistant Referee (VAR) duties will be handled by Marc Bollengier, with Ludovic Zmyslony serving as his assistant.
This will not be Delajod’s first involvement with FC Nantes. He previously officiated a match between Nantes and Stade de Reims on September 15, 2024, which Nantes lost 1-2.
Delajod is a FIFA referee and is categorized as a UEFA first category referee, having been added to the FIFA International Referees List in 2020. He began refereeing at the age of 13 and officiated his first Ligue 2 match in January 2016, becoming the youngest referee to do so at age 23. He began officiating in Ligue 1 in August 2018, too setting a record as the league’s youngest referee at age 25.
According to records, Delajod has officiated several matches involving Angers SCO. Most recently, on September 28, 2025, he oversaw their 0-2 defeat against Stade Brestois. He also officiated Angers SCO’s 0-2 loss to Monaco on March 15, 2025 and their 0-1 win against Le Havre AC on December 1, 2024. His record with Angers SCO games includes matches dating back to the 2018-2019 season.
