Peel Regional police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for 25-year-old Devaunte Thompson,the third suspect wanted in connection with the fatal assault of Gurvinder Nath,a food delivery driver in Brampton,Ontario,that occurred two years ago. Thompson is wanted on a charge of second-degree murder following the July 9, 2023, incident that resulted in the death of 24-year-old Nath according to police reports.

Gurvinder Nath, an international student from India, was delivering pizza to a Mississauga address in the early hours of July 9, 2023, when he was violently attacked. Police reports indicate that the food order was a intentional attempt to lure Nath to the location as stated by investigators.
