Bremen to Host Premier Artificial Intelligence Conference in 2026
Bremen, Germany – September 5, 2025 – Bremen has been officially confirmed as the host city for the IJCAI-Ecai 2026, a globally renowned congress dedicated to artificial intelligence research. The event is scheduled to take place in August 2026, bringing together leading scientists and industry experts from around the world.
The conference will showcase a thorough overview of the AI landscape, with an exhibition featuring sponsors, industrial partners, start-ups, and science institutions.
Prof. Dr. Jutta Günther, CEO of the U Bremen Research Alliance and Rector of the University of Bremen, highlighted the meaning of the event: “The fact that one of the most renowned world congresses for AI research is coming to Bremen is a major boost for our science location.
