Apple Launches Limited-Edition iPhone Pocket, Priced Up To €249.95
Milan, Italy – Apple is releasing a new, limited-edition accessory designed to carry iPhones, available starting Friday, November 14th, in select markets including Italy. Teh uniquely designed pocket, created in collaboration with ISSEY MIYAKE, comes in two sizes - a shorter hand-held version and an elongated shoulder-carry option – and is priced between €159.95 and €249.95.
This unusual product, featuring an open ribbed elastic material that adapts to the iPhone’s shape, allows users to partially view the display even while the phone is secured. The launch targets iPhone users seeking a novel way to carry and quickly check their devices, and represents a foray into a higher-end accessory market. Availability is restricted to online sales via the apple website and, within Italy, exclusively at the Apple Store in Piazza Liberty, Milan.
The shorter version of the pocket retails for €159.95 and is offered in eight vibrant colors: lemon, mandarin, purple, pink, peacock, sapphire, cinnamon, and black.The longer shoulder-carry version, priced at €249.95, is available in a more limited palette of sapphire, cinnamon, and black. Apple’s design laboratory specifically curated these colors to complement the existing range of iPhone finishes.
The accessory will initially be available in eight markets: China,France,Italy,Japan,South Korea,Singapore,the United Kingdom,and the United States. Apple has designated this as a limited-edition release, suggesting quantities will be constrained.
