Alya Rohali Reflects on children’s Milestones
From weddings to university,actress marvels at her kids growing up
For actress Alya Rohali,life is currently a whirlwind of emotions as she watches her children embark on significant new chapters. from impending nuptials to university acceptances, the proud mother is feeling all the feels.
Daughter’s Upcoming Wedding
Alya Rohali is preparing for her eldest daughter, namira adjani, to get married. The actress notes how quickly time has passed. “Yes, for sure the time passed very fast huh. It was really a really time flies. This is this year I have a lot of blessing, from all my children. everything will go to their next level,”
Rohali said.
university and High School Preparations
Her second child, Diarra, has been accepted into the University of Indonesia and is preparing to study abroad.Meanwhile, her youngest, Fafa, is getting ready to enter high school. Rohali says she feels the house is becoming quieter as her children pursue their own activities.
Rohali humorously stated that she used to think of her children as cimit-cimit
, small and always around. Now, she realizes they are adults with their own lives.
Grateful for Her Children’s Success
As a mother, Alya is grateful for her children’s achievements, even as she misses their constant presence. “Then this Diarra will be included in being a college kid. Then the youngest is a high school kid like that. So really this year a lot of things to be grateful for. But yes as a parent I just feel really fast, yes everything,”
she said.
Adjusting to a New Phase of Life
Alya Rohali acknowledges that she is entering a new phase of life as a parent. Her children are becoming more independent and have their own social circles.She recognizes that Adjani’s upcoming wedding will bring significant changes to their family dynamic.
“yes, surely. For those who want to get married (Adjani) I don’t want to feel anything. So,just take care of the marriage. It’s just that there will be changes. Changes in life as parents,”
she explained.
Embracing Newfound Time
While she misses the hustle and bustle of a full house, Alya is also embracing the opportunity to spend more time with her husband and pursue her own interests. According to a 2023 study by Pew Research Center, empty nesters often report increased marital satisfaction and personal fulfillment (Pew Research Center, 2023).
“It’s been doing your own activities. Again, there are a lot of time, but also sad. Where are the children? I’m not like before, crowded, seliweran at home, but yes, children have grown. I am also happy, proud to also see their achievements.
