Hangzhou, China – The “Liangzhu Cup” Hangzhou Peak Ball Open (CPC-300) commenced April 19, alongside the “100 Games and Thousand People” Peak Ball charity Training Activity, held at the Thousand Badminton Hall in Liangzhu Street, Yuhang District. This event, the highest-level pickup ball competition in the province for the first half of the year, drew 120 enthusiasts from across the nation.

Peak Ball: A rising Sport

Peak Ball, an emerging sport, blends elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, offering a diverse and engaging experience. The sport demands quick reflexes, skillful execution, strategic thinking, and effective teamwork. Its popularity has surged globally,attracting a growing number of participants.

The competition featured five categories: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Notably, the event attracted three international players and Li Denglin, the bronze medalist in soft tennis women’s singles at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

The event is a collaborative effort between the Hangzhou Peak ball Association and liangzhu Street, Yuhang District, aligning with Liangzhu’s strategic vision to establish itself as a “sports strong street.” This initiative involves developing sports facilities, hosting events, and integrating sports with agriculture, culture, and tourism to boost rural revitalization and shared prosperity.

AI Training Simulator Unveiled

A highlight of the event was the unveiling of China’s first Peak Ball AI training simulation system, independently developed by Yingduo Sports.This system offers personalized training plans and simulates various competition scenarios using advanced artificial intelligence. It caters to both beginners learning the fundamentals and experienced players seeking to refine their skills.

The competition also marked the launch of the “100 Games, Thousands of People” Peak Ball Charity Training Activity. Wang Jin, president of the Hangzhou Peak Ball Association, announced plans to organize 100 public welfare training activities, bringing professional coaching teams to campuses, enterprises, communities, business districts, and villages.
