The PP candidate for mayor of Jan, Agustn González, has met with elected members of the candidacy that participated in the municipal elections on May 28. The objective of this first meeting has been to establish the bases of the work program that popular education will develop in the capital of Jaén.

The elections on May 28 confirmed the PSOE as the leading force in the city of Jan, but only 297 votes behind the PP. In fact, PSOE and PP have tied eleven councilors. For its part, Vox has achieved two councilors, so the key to the color of the future government goes through the three councilors that the Jan Deserves More formation has achieved in its debut at the local polls. The absolute majority in the Jaen City Council is 14 councilors.

“In this team we share experiences, we establish synergies and, in addition, we look for the necessary alliances to continue working”, highlighted the popular candidate at the end of a meeting in which the training agenda was set.

Agustn Gonzlez reported after the meeting that Jan is “the great priority” of the candidacy, while stressing the importance of having a team whose “only interest is working to improve their city.”
