Authorities in Indiana are searching for a ‌suspect after ⁢a shooting‍ on Sunday left a state judge and ⁣his wife injured.

The Lafayette Police⁢ Department, located approximately 63⁤ miles northwest of Indianapolis, stated in a Facebook statement ⁣on Monday that they responded to a shooting report in the 1700 block ‌of Mill ⁢Pond Lane around 2:17 p.m. CST ​on Sunday.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Judge Steve​ Meyer and his​ wife, ‌Kimberly meyer, had sustained injuries from the​ shooting. ​Judge Meyer was injured in the arm.
