Construction of the 3,000 m2, three-story station - built on a 2,435 m2 plot at KM 37+045 of the Tanah Abang – Rangkasbitung route – is complete and currently undergoing testing. “The construction of the station has been completed. we are currently carrying out the station testing process. We hope that this December we can operate Jatake Station. Hopefully there will be no changes,” Minister Dudy stated.

KAI vice President of Public Relations, Anne Purba, confirmed the need for these trials and approvals before public access is granted. “If you operate a station, there must be a trial first, there will be permits. Later, if everything has been completed, including the operational engineering, we will also continue to update it with DJKA,” Anne explained on September 17, 2025.
