Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Neubrandenburg Traffic Accident
A 52-year-old german man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the intersection of Friedrich-Engels-Ring adn Rostocker straße in Neubrandenburg. The incident involved a single motorcycle and resulted in significant traffic delays.
According too preliminary reports from the neubrandenburg Police Headquarters, the motorcyclist was traveling on Rostocker Straße towards Friedrich-Engels-Ring and intended to make a right turn. due to wet road conditions caused by rain, the driver lost control of his Sangyang motorcycle in the curve, resulting in a fall.
Emergency responders, including a Rapid Transport Vehicle (RTW) and an emergency doctor, provided on-scene medical attention. The motorcyclist was later transported to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Damage to the motorcycle is estimated at €1,500.
The accident caused considerable traffic disruption on both Friedrich-Engels-Ring and Rostocker Straße while police investigated the scene and medical personnel attended to the injured driver.Motorists were advised to avoid the area if possible.
