Field Marketing Manager – Drive Growth with Spendesk
Spendesk,the AI-powered spend management and procurement platform,is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join its growing international team. This role is pivotal in driving both inbound and outbound marketing success, building regional marketing resources, and supporting Spendesk’s expansion, particularly within the German market.
The Opportunity
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in crafting and implementing both 1:Many and 1:Few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong bias for action and a growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced habitat.What You’ll Do:
Drive enhancement in outbound and inbound email marketing campaigns.
Develop a robust portfolio of regional marketing assets.
Lead event execution, managing operational processes and teams at events.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
Utilize a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to inform campaign strategy.
Contribute to the development and execution of ABM initiatives.
create campaign materials and communicate with German vendors, requiring B2-C1 proficiency in German.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of proven experience in B2B field marketing (or a related field). Demonstrated expertise in event execution and operational process management.
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills. A strong understanding of lead nurture and email marketing best practices.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
A data-driven approach to campaign strategy and analysis.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Genuine curiosity about the factors driving accomplished field marketing campaigns.
B2-C1 proficiency in German (written and spoken).
