International School Dhaka Launches Robotics Program with Carnegie Mellon University
Dhaka, Bangladesh – International School Dhaka (ISD) is empowering the next generation of innovators with the launch of it’s Carnegie Mellon Robotics Training Program, offering students across Dhaka a unique chance to develop critical skills in robotics, technology, and problem-solving. Registration is now open for the eight-week program, set to begin September 6th.
The program, a collaboration with the renowned Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy, aims to provide a hands-on learning experience tailored to different skill levels. Students will be grouped based on their grade and existing proficiency, ensuring a personalized educational journey. Sessions will be held every Saturday for 90 minutes, commencing at 9:00 am at the ISD Design Center.
Leading the program is George Carrington, ISD’s Head of Design and a certified instructor from the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy. carrington brings a wealth of experience in design and robotics education, ensuring students receive instruction from a qualified professional.

Upon accomplished completion of the program,students will receive platform-specific certifications directly from the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy,a valuable credential for future academic and professional pursuits.
