Detroit Tigers Select Jordan Yost in First Round of MLB Draft
The Detroit Tigers have selected Jordan Yost, a shortstop from Sickles High School in florida, with their first-round pick in the 2025 Major League Baseball Draft. The Tigers also made a selection in the Competitive Balance Round A, choosing catcher Michael Oliveto from Hauppauge High School in New York.
The MLB Draft is an annual event where Major League Baseball teams select eligible amateur baseball players.
