Al-Marsad Newspaper: Lawyer Abdullah Al Shaiban revealed a mistake that, if a person makes a mistake, makes his opponent win the case.
And he said during a video clip that he posted on his account on the “Tik Tok” application: “The jurisprudential rule says that whoever seeks to overrule what was done on his part, his quest will be rejected.”
And he continued: “In the sense that whoever comes in his claim or pleading contradicts, decides something and then decides something that contradicts it, this claim is considered false and this is one of the reasons for rejecting the claim and considering it false because there is no argument with contradiction.”
