Xiaomi Halts Updates for Over 20 Android phones, including Popular Models
Munich, germany – Xiaomi is ending software support for more than 20 Android smartphones, impacting users of devices ranging from the Poco X4 GT to models within the Redmi and MIX series. The rollout of Xiaomi’s new HyperOS 3, beginning October 2025 and extending to March 2026, will bypass these older devices, leaving owners without future feature updates and perhaps vulnerable to security risks.
