Györki brings extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs to his new role. Prior to joining TUI, he served as Communications Director at Swedavia, the state-owned group that owns and operates ten Swedish airports, including Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN). During his tenure at Swedavia, which began in 2018, Györki oversaw communications strategies related to airport advancement, sustainability initiatives, and passenger experience enhancements. He was instrumental in managing communications during the notable infrastructure projects at ARN, including the expansion of Terminal 5.
Before Swedavia, Györki held various communications positions within the Swedish government, including roles at the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation and the Swedish Energy Agency. His background includes experience in crisis communications,media relations,and stakeholder engagement.
