New Restaurant Walkers’ to Bring European-American Cuisine and Dual Concepts to Greenville Avenue
DALLAS – A new wine bar and sandwich shop, Walkers’, is slated to open at 3016 Greenville Avenue in Dallas, with an anticipated launch in spring 2026. The restaurant will operate as a relaxed neighborhood destination during the day, offering sandwiches and wine, and transform into a lively dining room and bar in the evenings.
The concept, spearheaded by restaurateur Chad Greene, aims to provide two distinct experiences within a single space. Greene will also curate the wine list, and Walkers’ will serve “elevated European-American cuisine.” The arrival of Walkers’ adds to the evolving culinary landscape of the Greenville Avenue corridor, offering residents and visitors a new option for both casual daytime bites and upscale evening dining.
The location previously housed several long-standing Dallas restaurants. Notably, St. Martin’s Wine Bistro operated at that address for more than 40 years until its closure in 2018, having previously moved from another part of East Dallas after 45 years in business. The building is remembered for its green tile roof and tan brick facade.
Details regarding specific menu items are forthcoming, according to a publicist. Further updates will be provided as the opening date approaches.
