New Restaurant Walkers’ to Bring European-American Cuisine and Dual Concepts ⁤to Greenville Avenue

DALLAS ‍ – A ‌new wine bar and sandwich‌ shop, Walkers’,⁢ is​ slated to open at 3016 Greenville Avenue ⁤in⁢ Dallas,⁢ with an anticipated launch in spring ‌2026. The restaurant will operate as a ⁤relaxed neighborhood ⁢destination during the day, offering sandwiches and ⁤wine, and transform into a lively dining room and ⁤bar in the evenings.

The concept, spearheaded by restaurateur Chad Greene, ⁤aims to provide two distinct experiences within‍ a single space.‍ Greene will also curate the wine list, and Walkers’ will‍ serve “elevated ⁤European-American cuisine.” The arrival⁣ of Walkers’ adds to the ⁣evolving culinary landscape of the Greenville Avenue⁣ corridor, offering residents and visitors a new ⁤option⁤ for ‍both casual daytime⁤ bites and upscale evening dining.

The location previously⁢ housed several ​long-standing ‍Dallas ‍restaurants. Notably,⁣ St. Martin’s ⁤Wine Bistro operated⁤ at​ that address for more than ‍40 years until its ‌closure in ⁣2018, having ​previously moved from another part of East Dallas after 45 ⁤years in ‍business.The building is remembered for its green tile roof and⁤ tan brick facade.
