Vietnam Inspections: Occupational Safety & Hygiene in Companies 2025

Province too conduct Comprehensive Workplace Safety & Health Inspections

An interdisciplinary inspection team will conduct comprehensive ​workplace safety and health inspections of 20 companies and construction projects within the province between September 30th and October⁢ 28th, 2025.

The team is led by the Ministry of the Interior and‌ includes representatives from the ministry of Construction, the ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Health, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Union.

Inspected​ units will be formally notified in writing regarding the scope of the inspection. They are required to provide all necessary records and documentation, prepare their facilities, and ensure the availability⁤ of key personnel, including the general director, company​ manager (or authorized representative), and staff from ⁣the administrative, personnel, and accounting departments.

The inspection team is authorized to provide guidance and recommendations to companies to address any ‌identified deficiencies ‍in their safety and health practices. Inspection findings will be documented, summarized, ⁢and ⁢reported to the Chairman of the Provincial people’s Committee. Violations will be addressed according to regulations, with more serious​ cases escalated to ​the appropriate authorities. The⁢ head of​ the⁣ inspection team⁢ is authorized to utilize the official seal of ⁢the Ministry of the Interior​ during the inspection process.
