A jazz concert, yoga for couples, and culinary experiences are among the events planned across the province of Pavia, Italy, to mark Valentine’s Day this Saturday, February 14th, 2026.
The Castello di San Gaudenzio, a historic estate near Cervesina in the Oltrepò Pavese region, will host a performance by the Elena Andreoli Sextet featuring vocalist Elena Andreoli and renowned clarinetist Paolo Tomelleri. The ensemble, which similarly includes Stefano Pennini on piano, Raffaele Romano on double bass, Davide Parisi on guitar, and Alberto Traverso on drums, will perform selections from their recently released album, Beautiful Love. The album, presented last autumn at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan during the JAZZMI festival, focuses on compositions from the Golden Era of Swing, particularly the works of Duke Ellington and Irving Berlin. An aperitivo will precede the 6:30 PM concert, with ticket options ranging from 40 euros for a welcome drink and the concert to 140 euros for the concert and dinner. The relais, led by Massimo and Dario Bergaglio, has been renovated and features new menus from chefs Federico Sgorbini and Alessio Spinelli.
In Voghera, Annabella Cremonte, a yoga teacher and family constellation counselor, will offer a couples yoga session from 6:15 PM to 8:15 PM at Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 9. The session is open to all levels of experience and emphasizes breathing, conscious movement, gentle contact, and authentic listening.
Further north, in Vigevano, the ensemble Bottega dei Suoni will perform a swing music concert at the San Dionigi auditorium on Saturday, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The group features Daniela Ferrari Boschi (vocals), Nicola delle Foglie (vocals), Antonio Bologna (piano), Massimo Ronzi (guitar), and Riccardo Vigorè (double bass). A “sound walk in Love” is also scheduled for 3:00 PM, meeting at the Bramante tower, offering a unique listening-based perspective on the city. Museums will offer special couple tickets, and a cooking class is scheduled for tonight or tomorrow at 8:00 PM at RadiciLab on Via Duse 17, allowing couples to create their own romantic menu.
