Travis Hunter has dropped gamers a gift in the form of a playlist if they want to know what he’s listening to as he prepares to play on the gridiron or when he’s playing video games.
The official GEN/EA Sports playlist on Spotify curated by Hunter features songs from Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Future, Tyler, the Creator, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.

It’s safe to assume Lil Wayne is Hunter’s preferred artist of choice based on how frequently he pops up on the playlist. The New Orleans-born rapper has 18 songs as either a solo or guest performer.
Hunter is also showing off some of his savvy business acumen by helping to promote Lil Wayne. The No. 2 pick in the 2025 NFL draft signed with Young Money APAA Sports agency that was founded by Weezy.
When he won the Heisman Trophy in December, Hunter joked he didn’t know any of Wayne’s songs until his fiancee introduced them to him.
Hunter was one of three cover athletes for EA Sports College Football 25 that marked the first entry in the series since 2013.
This season will see Hunter make his first appearance in the Madden franchise when the new game drops on Aug. 14. He is going to be a key player for the Jaguars heading into his rookie season.
The Jaguars made a big bet on Hunter by trading four picks, including a first-round selection in 2026, to the Cleveland Browns for a package that included the No. 2 overall pick this year.
Hunter is one of the most unique athletes to enter the NFL because of his ability as a two-way player. The Jaguars have said they are planning to use him on offense and defense this season.
