LYON,‌ FRANCE – A young driver holding a probationary license was caught traveling at 161 km/h in an ⁤80 km/h zone north of Lyon on Tuesday, authorities confirmed. The incident‍ adds to a growing trend⁣ of hazardous driving contributing to a‌ surge in road fatalities in ‌the Rhône department.
