STONY BROOK, NY – December 2, 2025 – Stony Brook University women’s soccer stars Reilly Rich and Linn Beck have been recognized for their outstanding performances this season, earning All-East Region honors from United Soccer Coaches. Rich was named to the First Team, while Beck secured a place on the Second Team.
The accolades cap off a historic season for the Seawolves, marking the second consecutive year the program has been represented on the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region Team. This recognition highlights Stony Brook’s growing presence in the competitive landscape of NCAA Division I women’s soccer and underscores the exceptional talent within the team.
Rich’s First Team selection follows a remarkable 2025 campaign where she distinguished herself as the sole double-digit goal scorer in the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), finishing with 15 goals – the 17th-highest total nationally. She proved decisive in key moments, securing six game-winning goals, a figure ranking seventh in the NCAA.Her extraordinary total of 37 points placed her 15th in the country, solidifying her position as a top attacking threat.
Beck’s Second Team honour recognizes another standout season in the midfield, where she earned her second consecutive CAA Midfielder of the Year award. She considerably contributed to Stony Brook’s offensive success with nine goals, the second-highest total in the conference. This marks the second straight season Beck has received All-Region distinction from United Soccer Coaches.
