We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our regional finance team and lead the accounting function for our German entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing strategic financial insight.
This is a hybrid role, offering the adaptability to be based in either Germany or the Czech Republic, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across borders.

Your Responsibilities
You will have full duty for the accounting and reporting of our german entity, including:
* Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes within Germany.
* Readiness and submission of month-end, quarterly, and year-end reports in alignment with consolidation team requirements.
* Coordination of statutory audits, tax filings, and GST, ensuring full compliance with German regulations.
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and clarity.
* Continuous improvement of processes, controls, and reporting standards.

Your Profile
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, ideally within a SaaS, IT, or Tech environment.
* In-depth knowledge of German statutory requirements, including tax and audit procedures.
* Strong understanding of IFRS and German GAAP.
* Fluency in both German and english – both languages are essential.
* Experience with financial reporting tools, such as Hyperion or similar systems.
* A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to precision.
