Ruben Onsu Continues to Cover ex-Wife Sarwendah’s Insurance Despite Separation
Jakarta – Despite their ongoing conflict and recent separation,entertainer Ruben Onsu continues to pay the premiums for Sarwendah’s personal insurance policy. the revelation, made by Onsu’s attorney Minola Sebayar, challenges narratives suggesting financial neglect following the divorce.
Sebayar presented evidence of insurance payments, demonstrating Onsu has maintained coverage in Sarwendah’s name until May 2025. “This is also the case, there is Prudential insurance, yes the policy number is there and the policy holder is S. So this is insurance S. From the start of the divorce, until last May, that means almost, almost a year, after the divorce. The one who paid the insurance premium was my client,” Sebayar explained at her Kuningan office, South Jakarta on Wednesday (November 19, 2025).
According to Sebayar, Onsu’s decision to continue payments stems from a desire to maintain a cordial relationship and avoid unnecessary complications. Beyond the insurance, Onsu also contributes to expenses not directly related to child support, including shared electricity costs and even waste disposal fees.

Sebayar expressed regret that Onsu’s generosity has been overshadowed by negative media portrayals. “Even though we went back and forth about the details?
