From Sunday, November 30th to Monday, December 1st, the Monk di spaces in Rome will host Uva Fiera 2025, a market exhibition dedicated to small, quality Italian wine production. Sunday will be open to the public, featuring wine tastings, a food area with three stations, specialty coffee, music, book presentations, and convivial gatherings. Monday is reserved for in-depth analysis geared towards industry operators. The 300 m2 exhibition space will showcase approximately 40 exhibitors and 250 wines for tasting.
Sardinia Cocktail Festival – Cagliari
Cagliari will inaugurate the first edition of the Sardinia Cocktail Festival from November 29th to December 1st. The event will spotlight contemporary mixology and the island’s agri-food excellence, transforming the city into a hub for ”conscious drinking.” Sa Manifattura will host masterclasses,meetings,tastings,and training sessions focused on the quality and identity of Sardinian ingredients as expressed through innovative cocktails.
