Police reported 22.43 on Saturday about Brann in a cabin at Kvisvik in Tingvoll. It quickly turned out that there was a fire in a nautical row.
– We have not been notified that there should be people built. The buildings are very close, and there is a danger of dispersal, says police operations chief Tove Susann Brunvold Holst-Dyrnes.
The nausterkka is located on the Årsund west cabin field. According to a tip, the fire quickly spread to several of the boathouses on site.
Six of the boathouses have burned to the ground. Two of them are left.

Spread quickly
According to several tips, the fire quickly spread from the boathouse it started to burn in the other boathouses on the row.
At 23:30, the operations manager said that three boathouses had burned down and that there was now less danger of spreading. Not long afterwards, the message came that as many as six boathouses had burned down.
– The fire has been control of the site now. We do not know what causes it to burn, says Holst-Dyrnes at 00.13.
