How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer reviews, including product star ratings, allow potential buyers to learn more about a product and determine if it meets their needs.
To calculate the number of stars and their percentage distribution, we do not use a simple average. Indeed, our system takes into account certain criteria such as the age of a review or whether the author of this review purchased the item on Amazon. In addition, it analyzes reviews to check their reliability.
