Brisbane, Australia – Former WWE and TNA tag team champions Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay, known collectively as The IInspiration, made their debut for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at a live event in Brisbane, Australia, on February 15, 2026. The appearance followed speculation surrounding their next move after concluding their run with TNA last month.
The IInspiration secured a victory in their first match for the promotion, defeating the team of Frankie B and Aysha. Aysha had recently gained attention during AEW’s Grand Slam Australia event in Sydney after a notable interaction with Andrade El Idolo.
Following the match, Lee and McKay formally announced their arrival in AEW, declaring themselves “officially All Elite.” A video clip of the announcement was posted to the AEW social media account.
The debut of The IInspiration is expected to bolster AEW’s women’s tag team division. Prior to joining AEW, the duo competed in WWE as The IIconics, where they held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. They later found success in TNA, where they were known as The IInspiration and played a key role in the promotion’s Knockouts tag team division.
The IInspiration’s arrival in Australia comes after a weekend of developments for AEW Down Under, including the debut of Lena Kross and the determination of a new number one contender for the AEW World Championship.
