Legal Proceedings in Romania
In Bucharest,Tate and his brother have been charged with human trafficking and forming an organized criminal gang,according to Romanian prosecutors. Tate has also been charged with rape.
In a separate case announced in august, romanian authorities searched one of the Tate residences as part of a new investigation into forming an organized crime group, human trafficking of children and adults, sexual acts with a child, and money laundering.This investigation has not yet led to an indictment.
