New Royal Enfield โContinental GT 750 โคRevealed at EICMA 2025
Milan, Italy – โRoyalโฃ Enfield has unveiled teh Continentalโ GT 750 at EICMA 2025, showcasing an evolution of its popular parallel-twin โplatform. The new โmodel, alongside โคthe simultaneously revealed Himalayan 750, features a displacement increase from 650cc to 748cc.
The โContinental GT 750 utilizes a โredesigned oil-cooling โขsystemโฃ to manage the increased โขpower output from the larger engine. while Royal Enfield โhas not developed aโ completely โnew engine, the 15% displacement increase is projected to yield approximately 55 CV (horsepower) and โค59 Nm (torque). This represents a modest power increase, exceeding the 48 HP โlimit forโค the A2 motorcycle license. The GT 750 features two injectors supplying fuel to the cylinder head, differing from the Himalayan 750’s single injector with a Y-shaped passage designed for increased low-end torque.
Royal โฃEnfield’s strategyโค regarding the 750 models remains unclear. Itโค is currently unknown whether the Continental GT 750 โwill go โคon sale in 2026,or if it โคwill replace โคthe existingโฃ 650 family โขentirely,or be positioned as a top-of-the-line offeringโ within the range. The current 650cc engine delivers 47 CVโค and 52 Nm of torque,placing it in competition with models like the Triumph โขStreet โขTwin and Moto Guzzi V7,though those brands have as released more powerful versions.
