Amsterdam, Netherlands – Veteran television personality Ivo Niehe has once again reduced the asking price of his luxurious Amsterdam-Zuid home, now listing it for €4,950,000. This marks a important price reduction of €550,000 since January, as the property continues to linger on the market.
Niehe initially listed the prestigious property in 2023 for €6,700,000, meaning the total price reduction now amounts to a significant €1,750,000. Despite the repeated cuts, a sale at the current asking price would still yield a considerable profit for Niehe, who purchased the home in 2008 for €3,000,000 and holds no mortgage on the property. Experts estimate a sale would still net him nearly €2,000,000.
