SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – A man identified as Mr. A, who publicly accused‌ actress Song Ha-yoon of school violence, claims he was recently contacted by police regarding a lawsuit filed⁤ against him in ⁢March of this year,‌ despite initially bringing forth the allegations. mr. ⁤A alleges Song Ha-yoon is attempting to intimidate those assisting his case, ‌and has entered the country specifically to do so.

Mr.A first publicly detailed allegations of a ⁢90-minute assault during his high⁤ school years through JTBC’s “Case Case” in‌ april of ‌last year, sharing KakaoTalk ⁢conversations and Instagram DMs with Song Ha-yoon’s ‍agency.⁢ He stated in a‌ recent video that Song Ha-yoon’s ⁣situation appeared‌ different this year⁢ compared‍ to last, noting his previous insistence on school ‍violence claims were⁤ “caught.” He further claims he ⁣was⁤ “forced” to transfer‍ schools due to the alleged violence, tho ⁤acknowledges this⁣ may not be the sole reason, and that he had also filed for a voluntary transfer related to entertainment ‍activities.

according to Mr. A, ⁣he had been living ⁤without response to his initial revelations until the lawsuit ⁤notification.‍ He described ⁢the situation as feeling like “the victim sued the victim?” He also recalled⁤ the incident occurring while both were wearing school uniforms and that Song Ha-yoon‍ was reportedly “forced to transfer to the Chinese New Year.” He ⁢remembers a culture at the time that⁤ encouraged reconciliation, and⁢ an awkward situation⁣ stemming from ⁢Song Ha-yoon dating a senior male student.

Mr. A, a U.S. citizen, recently⁣ entered‌ Korea⁤ to ‌cooperate ⁣with the police inquiry. He stated he is seeking a symbolic amount in damages from ‌Song Ha-yoon, but has not yet filed a suit, reserving the option to pursue exoneration after the full scope of the allegations is determined.

Song Ha-yoon’s legal representation, the law firm representing the actress,⁢ announced on August 2nd that Mr. A ‌had⁣ failed to respond to‌ the investigation, prompting a police nomination notification.
