We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Engineer to join the Creative X organization. Creative X is building the future of advertising creative by democratizing access to high-quality assets – including compelling copy, images, and video – through generative AI-powered tools. We’re leveraging cutting-edge technologies like latent-diffusion, DiT models, Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and image/video synthesis to empower advertisers of all sizes.
What you’ll do:
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in bringing these innovative AI experiences to life at scale. You will:
* Build & Scale: Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and reliable distributed services that power customer-facing features.
* Innovate & Prototype: Translate business requirements into tangible prototypes and proofs-of-concept, collaborating with technology leaders.
* Mentor & Lead: Share your expertise and mentor junior engineers.
* Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Applied Scientists throughout the entire development lifecycle.
* Drive Quality: Contribute to coding standards, code reviews, and best practices for operational excellence.
* Tech Stack: Primarily utilize Java and Python,alongside a variety of AWS technologies.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
* architectural Skills: 2+ years of experience in the design and architecture of new and existing systems, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
* Programming Proficiency: Experience with at least one software programming language.
* Delivery Focus: A proven track record of successfully delivering complex software systems to customers.
Bonus points for:
* Full Lifecycle Experience: 3+ years of experience across the entire software development lifecycle (coding, reviews, source control, testing, operations).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Deep Understanding: Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices,including design patterns,software architectures,and continuous deployment.
