In the Moscow region, on November 11, new restrictions came into force in connection with the coronavirus epidemic, under which the authorities blocked social cards of residents over 65 years old, as well as people with chronic diseases.
Thus, from November 11 to November 29, pensioners will not be able to travel at preferential rates in urban, suburban transport near Moscow, electric trains, as well as on the Moscow metro and the MCC.
The government of the Moscow region noted that if a citizen over 65 is forced to continue working, then his card will be unblocked at the request of the employer.
From November 16 to November 29, the authorities will block transport cards of university and college students.
